If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate your courtesy in
notifying our office as soon as possible.  If you are late for your appointment, we will try
to “work you in”, but please keep in mind that it would be unfair to our other patients to
delay them in order to see you.  Repeated missed or late appointments may require us to
terminate our physician/patient relationship with you since we schedule a specific period
of time for each patient.  To cancel an appointment, please call (210) 614-8612.
